Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Pantry Point LLC (“Pantry Point,” “we,” or “us”) at pantry-point.com (the “Site”). Using the Site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.
Using the Site
The Site describes the Pantry Point rewards program and offers an eligibility check and a contact form. Use it lawfully and without interfering with its operation or with other people’s rights. In particular, do not:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
- Scrape, crawl, or submit forms with automated tools without our permission.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or related systems.
- Introduce malware or otherwise disrupt the Site’s security or availability.
Eligibility checks and messages
Submitting your ZIP code and email tells you whether the program is available in your area and lets us notify you when it arrives. It does not enroll you in the program, create an account, or award points. Sending a message through the contact form does not create any obligation on our part. Participation in the rewards program itself is governed by the program’s own terms, which you accept when you join. Information you submit here is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, the Pantry Point name and logo, the character Canny, and images, belongs to Pantry Point or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Retailer names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the gift cards available in the program; their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Pantry Point. You may view and print pages for your own information. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or build on the content without written permission.
Program information
Figures on the Site, such as household counts, receipts scanned, ratings, participating brands, retailers, and reward values, describe the program at the time of writing and may change. They are not a promise of any particular reward, availability, or outcome.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare and relies on a third-party service for email delivery. We are not responsible for their availability or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pantry Point and its members, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Pantry Point harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
