Pantry Point LLC (“Pantry Point,” “we,” or “us”) runs the website at pantry-point.com (the “Site”). This policy describes what we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only.
What we collect
Details you send us. The eligibility check asks for your ZIP code and email address. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and a message. We keep whatever you enter.
Technical details. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use it to run, secure, and debug the Site. There are no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies set by the Site.
Why we collect it
- To tell you whether Pantry Point is available in your area, and to let you know when it arrives if it is not.
- To answer your questions about points, rewards, or partnering as a brand.
- To keep ordinary business records of our correspondence.
- To protect the Site from abuse.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that help us run the Site and reply to you: Cloudflare (hosting) and Postmark (email delivery). They act on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
How long we keep it
Eligibility and contact submissions stay for as long as we need them to respond, to notify you about availability in your area, and to keep business records, then are deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the address below.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you gave us. If you asked to be told when Pantry Point reaches your area, you can withdraw that request at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local privacy law. We answer verifiable requests within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information we hold. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
The Site is not aimed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may revise this policy. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
